Editor: VCD Builder is for creating VCD and SVCD disc images from pictures and MPEG movies. The disc images can then be burned onto a CD-R using Toast.
VCD Builder automatically converts your pictures to a VCD compatible format. It does however not convert your QuickTime movies to MPEG; you have to use another program for that.
The source code for the program is also available free of charge.
WHAT'S NEW
Version 1.1.3 includes fixes for better compatibility with Toast 6 Titanium, better size estimation when including movies in the project, an option for forcing the software to use the VCD format even when including SVCD movies on the disc.
